Business was paralyzed for the better part in the Coastal City of Mombasa after residents joined the Gen-Z anniversary protests. Calls for the government to compensate families of victims resonated among those who took part in the protests. What started as peaceful protests, however, turned chaotic with protesters engaging police in running battles. Our reporter Ann Mburu has the details.
